Complaints
MIKMEL.eu d.o.o complies with the current legislation on consumer protection and does everything possible to create an effective system for handling complaints. Complaints can be submitted by email mikmeleu@gmail.com or in writing to the seller's address: MIKMEL.eu d.o.o., Savska cesta 3a, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. The appeal process is confidential.
The seller will do its best to resolve any disputes amicably. If an amicable settlement of the dispute is not reached, the court at the location of the supplier is competent to resolve all disputes between the seller and the buyer.
MIKMEL.eu d.o.o., which, as a provider of goods and services, provides online commerce in the Republic of Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the Online Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform (SRPS). The platform is available to consumers via the electronic link https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=SL .
The above provision is derived from the Out-of-court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, Regulation (EC) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online consumer dispute resolution and amendment to Regulation (EU) no. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EU.
RETURNS
Hassle Free Returns
We offer returns within 30 days of purchase date.
All items are still eligible for 30-day returns. Return/Exchange requests must be submitted through our online Returns Form prior to 30 days of purchase, and a MIKMEL order number must be provided in order to initiate a return.

Discounted items

PAYPAL RETURNS
Please note, all refunds are submitted to the original form of payment. All order submitted through PayPal are not eligible for return after 60 days for any reason due to PayPal refund policy.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
MIKMEL mats that were purchased directly on our website are eligible for a 12-month manufacturing warranty, which includes product defects not caused by customer use.
The following issues are not covered by our 12-month warranty:
Entire surface peeling due to excessive water usage
Damage caused by pets.
Damage caused by furniture.

REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received and inspected your refund request will be processed within 7 working days. We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase.
